Before requesting help
- Check you are signed in for saved scores, Armory and BCSolver.
- For a missing competition entry, check the correct leaderboard and whether the competition is open and your registration is approved.
- For printing or scoring issues, check actual-size printing, calibration marks and photo clarity.
- For an installed app, reconnect to the internet and use Check for updates. Avoid clearing saved app data before backing up anything you need offline.
Competition and copyright issues
For a match score dispute, contact your match director or organizer with the match name and card details. For inappropriate video content, use its reporting controls.
