Open Challenges

Feature overview

Challenges are separate competitions with their own targets and leaderboards. Creator challenges use zone scores and miss rules. Perpetual SUB-MOA 100 is a distinct precision challenge within this section.

Score a challenge card

  1. Open Challenges and select an active challenge.
  2. Read its target, shot allowance, point values, miss penalty and closing date.
  3. Print the specified target and shoot the card.
  4. Use Score my card on that challenge. Confirm the correct target and shot count, review hits and use its challenge submission button rather than a practice Save score.
  5. Check that your entry appears on that challenge’s leaderboard. Click a target thumbnail to open its scored image.

Submit a creator challenge

  1. Sign in with a creator account and choose the create-challenge option.
  2. Select your own target, a shared community challenge target or an available preset.
  3. Enter the requested start date and duration, along with the challenge details.
  4. Review the Pellets charge before submitting. The current creation cost is 150 Pellets for non-admins.
  5. Submit for admin approval. Creator challenges can run for at most 14 days; the admin-controlled simultaneous limit also applies.

Enter SUB-MOA 100

  1. Open SUB-MOA 100 in Challenges and use the specified 100yd 5×5 target.
  2. Shoot one 25-shot card at 100 yards, with five shots per bull; all calibers are allowed.
  3. Start its scoring flow and review the center-to-center group and MOA for each bull.
  4. Save the annotated card. The average of the five group MOAs is your result; lowest wins.

Repeat attempts and independent scores

  • Repeat challenge attempts are permitted; the leaderboard ranks each shooter’s best result.
  • Challenge scores are separate from match scores. SUB-MOA results are not reused in other competitions.
  • On kill-zone challenges each zone counts once. An additional hit in an already-hit zone does not earn that zone again; use the target’s published shot and miss rules.
